Purpose

To show the third order watersheds within the Chilliwack River Watershed.

Explanation

This data was captured from 1:50,000 NTS map sheets. The map contains watershed polygons extracted from the parent  that have a maximum stream order of three.  Warning: the data is provisional; errors may be detected.  

Disclaimer

The maps included in the Chilliwack River Watershed Atlas are not intended to be legal documents and it is important that users understand their limitations.  The data has come from many different sources collected at different times and therefore there are variations in the information provided.  In addition, the spatial accuracy of both resource and cadastral information will vary.  The maps are intended as a general guide that will need to be refined and updated.   Users are encouraged to contact the originator of the data in order to obtain up to date or more detailed mapping if required.
